2020 Minutes

There were no meetings in early 2020 because of COVID and earlier Community Council elections.

There are however decisions made via email with the Community Council members such as :

Co-opt a new member to Queens Cross Community Council - he is Alexander Gordon Stephen (Sandy Stephen) from Rubislaw Den South. Voted to accept by email - Ken Hutcheon, Kathleen Hutcheon, Gordon King and Fiona Garton. Decision reached on 24th July and result sent to Karen Finch - ACC Community Liaison Officer. Ms Finch confirmed that this is a valid decision via email by Queens Cross Community Council while the COVID restrictions apply.

It was agreed that £350 could be donated via Cllr J Stewart to Queens Cross XMAS lights - Mr K Hutcheon, Mrs K Hutcheon, Mr S Stephen, Ms F Garton, Ms M Inglis.

It was agreed the objection to Chester Hotel Variation in Licensing conditions could be sent by Mr K Hutcheon To Aberdeen Licencing.

​It was agreed by Mr S Stephen, Ms F Garton Mr K Hutcheon and Mrs K Hutcheon to send a grant application to ACC for £350 for XMAS lights
